Justice Melissa Jackson of the Manhattan Supreme court announced that Thomas Gilbert Jr., who is accused of shooting his father, 70, after he cut his allowance, was deemed fit to stand trial. Gilbert has pleaded not guilty.

Thomas Gilbert Jr Accused of Killing Hedge Fund Manager Father Deemed Fit for Trial
Justice Melissa Jackson of the Manhattan Supreme court announced that Thomas Gilbert Jr., who is accused of shooting his father, 70, after he cut his allowance, was deemed fit to stand trial. Gilbert has pleaded not guilty.
