If you know who killed Mally Gaines or Bankroll Fresh or any other person this week TELL THE POLICE. If not you part of the problem.— Charlamagne Tha God (@cthagod) March 5, 2016
CBC was there yesterday Friday July 22nd 2016 in my former cityToronto, Canada when the family of Ariela Navarro-Fenoy pleaded with the public Friday to come forward with information regarding last summer's Muzik nightclub shooting.
Navarro-Fenoy, 26, and Duvel Hibbert, 23, were shot dead on Aug. 4 during an after-party for Canadian rapper Drake's OVO Fest. At around 3:25 a.m., multiple gunshots were fired both inside and outside the club.
"Losing someone you love to a senseless act is a horrifying nightmare," said Aluen Navarro-Fenoy, Ariela's sister, from Toronto police headquarters.
"My sister ... is more than just a hashtag on the internet. She was a light in everyone's lives that she connected with," she added while fighting back tears.
The woman asked for people to come forward with any information that they may have, regardless of how insignificant it may seem. "After almost a year since her senseless murder, our lives are still on hold. We need your help in bringing Ari's murderer to justice."
Officers found Hibbert inside the club and Navarro-Fenoy just north of the Dufferin Gates, both dead of apparent gunshot wounds.
Police Chief Mark Saunders said earlier that Hibbert was "an intended target," but that Navarro-Fenoy "was not involved in any way in any altercation."

"Currently, no charges have been laid in this investigation," Det. Omar Khan said. "I know that there are persons who have information who have not yet come forward."
Last year, police released descriptions of two persons of interest. Police are still looking for the men who fit these descriptions:
Male, black, 6'- 6'1", 25-26 years old, purple crew neck sweater, blue jeans
Male, brown, 5'10"-5'11", 25-28 years old, yellow and burgundy plaid button-up shirt
Khan said many witnesses have uploaded video from that night to a linkon the Toronto police website, and he encouraged people to continue doing so.
Watch the video of the family plea below. The OVO fest is coming up again next month, something Drake holds every August in his hometown Toronto. I attended at least 3 when I was in Canada. Security needs to be beefed up at the afterparty as from now on. Guns in the club is not acceptable.
