UPDATE on Fort Hood shooting: One soldier is suspected of shooting at least 8 fellow soldiers, killing 2 and 2 more are in critical condition.
Investigators told #HNNAfrica that the gunman then killed himself. This is the same Army base where a shooting in 2009 killed 13 people. Why is this happening now in the Army bases where the guns are legally used in combat? The mental health issue and gun control laws have come up again. This time it is more perplexing as the whole country is confused including the pro gun advocates like the NRA.
