Is the city going down again? Look at this picture. Since Friday one person has died and 14 injured in separate shootings all over Chicago, Illinois, USA. This young man was only 20-year-old! Gun shot wound to the head and then comes Raason Shaw shooting which was a police involved shooting.

As a guns victims advocate, I have been saying this from day one in Canada? When our boys kill each other, we don't talk. We need to disarm them and make sure they don't own guns or in possession of an illegal one. They are going to use it! Now when they point it at a cop, the cop kills them and we go NUTS! Wake up black communities. It's time we get away from these stereotypes. What was Raasan doing with a Glock semi-automatic handgun with a laser sight and extended high-capacity magazine which was recovered at the scene? Truly sad.

Tributes pour in for Teenager SHOT and Killed in #Hackney, #London UK

Last week Shereka showed Her Excellency Aloun Ndombet-Assamb, the Jamaican High Commissioner, around her school. Today she is DEAD and I remember reporting this as it broke last night at 11.23pm. The death of Shereka Marsh is raising questions about gun violence in ethnic minorities in London and the UK in general. This kind of thing has never existed and was limited mostly to North America!

The 15-year-old girl who was shot dead has been referred to as a "beautiful angel" as she is identified by friends on social media as Shereka Marsh.

Police were called to reports of a shooting at a house close to the Olympic Park in east London shortly before 4pm on Saturday.

The London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance went to the house, which is not the teenager's home, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy were arrested nearby and taken to a police station where they remain in custody. Some reports say the gun was fired accidentally. Where did these teens get the gun from?

Police said the gun was recovered from the house in Eastway, in Hackney, east London.

#HNNFoundation: Nigerian woman stabbed and burned ALIVE by #Russian gangsters in a TRAFFICKING case.

Nigerian Lady Killed, Burnt Alive In Russia. Forester was killed by unidentified Russian gangsters in Moscow. A family source said the perpetrators went further to lock her body in a room and set it ablaze. Though, the police took her to the hospital, it was rather futile.

The source revealed that Forester was sponsored abroad by one Mercy who is suspected to be trafficking Nigerian girls on the promise that she would assist them with decent jobs in Russia. The teenager without hesitation, but with the approval of her mother jumped at the offer with high hopes.

According to the deceased’s elder sister, Sonia Samson, they got a call from Mercy, on Tuesday March 4, 2014 that Forester had died in an inferno. She added that the family was later told that Forester was stabbed before being set ablaze.

Sonia said, “Her madam is the one that called us on Tuesday and told us she was locked in a room and set ablaze by some unknown Russians. She told us that she was rushed to the hospital, that they were treating her.

#HNNFoundation: #NewYork Pastor UNDER FIRE for Church ASSAULT weapon RAFFLE after services Sunday.

It's amazing how culture can vastly change a story. While Nigerian Pastors are looking for more AK's in their churches either due to insurgency or the armed robbery in one of my hometown churches last Sunday, theis New York state Pastor is under fire. Read the circumstances below. 

An upstate New York Baptist pastor has stirred controversy with his plan to raffle off a rifle during a Sunday service later this month, saying giving away the weapon is "the right thing to do."

The Rev. John Koletas of the Grace Baptist Church in Troy said the service and gun raffle are aimed at "honoring hunters and gun owners who have been so viciously attacked by the antichristian socialist media and antichristian socialist politicians the last few years," according to a letter on the church website, the Times Union of Albany reported.

Koletas said he is he's showing support for Second Amendment rights by giving away the brand-new Smith & Wesson M&P semi-automatic rifle, a weapon similar to the Bushmaster rifle used to kill 20 children and six staff members at Newtown, Connecticut's Sandy Hook Elementary School in December 2012.

"I'm just trying to be a blessing and a help to the gun owners and the hunters and give away a free AR-15," he told the Times Union of Albany. "It's the right thing to do."

A typical AR-15-type rifle is now illegal in New York. The $700 rifle being given away at the March 23 raffle has been modified — its pistol grip removed — so that it complies with New York's gun laws, according to Brian Olesen, a gun shop owner who's donating the weapon.

The raffle winner must be at least 18, undergo an FBI background check and meet all state and federal laws, Olesen said.

The rifle raffle has sparked outrage among some of the area's other clergy members, including a pastor who has worked to get guns off the streets of nearby Albany.

"There's no way we should be in a church saying we're going to be giving away a weapon that could end up in the wrong hands," Charlie Muller of the Victory Christian Church told WRGB-TV.

Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin, an opponent of New York's SAFE Act, told the Times Union he plans to speak at the March 23 service when the rifle will be raffled.

"It's not like I'm going to the Hell's Angels," McLaughlin said. "I belong to a Catholic church and they raffle off thousands of dollars. This is a safe, legal firearm he's raffling. I don't see the controversy, and it doesn't strike me as odd at all that they'd raffle a rifle at a church."

Rev. Willie Bacote, pastor of Missing Link AME Zion Church in Troy, who has organized gun buy-back programs in the city, said he considers the raffle un-Christian.

"The fact a church would offer some type of weapon to anyone strikes me as ludicrous and goes against everything the Bible teaches," Bacote told the newspaper. "The only thing we're supposed to arm citizens with is the word of God, not guns."
